MRF ranked highest for 10th time by JD Power for customer satisfaction
The study measures satisfaction among original equipment tire owners during the first 12 to 24 months of ownership across four factors appearance, durability, traction or handling, and ride. The Chennai-based company ranked the highest in overall customer satisfaction with a score 840 points, out of 1000 points.
“Perception of high quality and reliability, aided by a positive reputation for brand image, continues to drive high customer satisfaction with MRF tyres,” said Mohit Arora, executive director, J.D. Power Asia Pacific Singapore.
MRF Chairman and Managing Director, K.M. Mammen received the award in Delhi recently in presence of heads of the Indian automobile industry and key executives of all car companies.
